                                                  CDD-20 waterproof membrane

Description

       YOUNGEN CDD-20 is a elasticwater based rubber waterproofing membrane with excellent elasticity, flexility and durability,which is designed to be used on the vertical and horizontal surfaces fully immersed indoor areas before applying tiles or other finishes for instance showersbathrooms and balconies.

      YOUNGEN CDD-20 waterproofing membrane have been fully tested in accordance with   AS/NZS4858-2004 <Wet  Area  Membranes> and meets all requirements shown on CSIRO Test Report No. 4035

Uses

1.  A total minimum coverage of 1.5 liters /m² is recommended.

2.  Ensure subsequent coats are applied in an opposite direction to the previous.

3.  All the cracks/joints, irrespective of their width, must be filled with the silicone sealant, then 50mm wide polyethylene tape / polypropylene tape / bondage/mesh should be placed over the crack/joint,ensuring it adheres to the surface.
